I studied at NZCM and have Diplomas in Health Sciences therapeutic and Sports Massage Therapy, I also have an interest in Taekwon Do and have a 1st Degree Blackbelt. This enables me to do instructing roles teaching people of all ages.
My massage techniques include myofascial and neuromuscular therapy and like to help with the cause of dysfunctional tissue and postural muscle inbalances.
