As a fitness coach, I constantly work on functional body strength. One of the drawbacks is that the left side of my body tends to dominate and hold more tension than the right. Sarndra has always been 100% accurate in identifying these tight areas, particularly the trigger points through my shoulders, chest and upper back. She has been extremely effective in aiding recovery from my own training as well as increasing mobility through the LHS of my body. Moreover, she always finds those spots which are culpable for the tension and releases them gently through the right amount of pressure.
In addition to the sports and remedial type of massage therapy, Sarndra has been great at prompting my body to just RELAX and switch off. Until my first massage, I had no idea how much tension was running through my upper body or how difficult it was for me to shut down and fully relax the respective tight muscles.
