Sarndra Walsh

Sarndra has always been interested in Health and Wellbeing for herself and started her studies

In 2006 with a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage and a Diploma in Neuromuscular therapy.

Trained in the ELDOA and Myofascial Stretching Method by renowned French osteopath Guy Voyer, this specific method is specific to disc pathologies that can cause back and neck pain.

She always wants to help clients achieve their goals and has a caring personality to go with her ability to help correct soft tissue dysfunctions.

Whether you are a weekend warrior or top athlete you are in capable hands.

Hamish Robson-Wright

As a qualified and registered Massage Therapist I consider a client’s individual presentation and address the causing factors, to provide long term health benefits through massage.

I have worked with a variety of clients, including international athletes and people suffering chronic pain/injury. I have a passion for bodywork and along with massage use specific orthopaedic testing and rehabilitative exercises to promote healthy recovery, improved pain management and athletic performance.

Anna Riksen

Anna has completed  studying a Diploma in Massage , she uses different techniques from Myofascial, sports specific, deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Anna uses these hands on techniques and clinical reasoning to help with muscular and fascial pain.

Alison SedL

Alison graduated from the Swedish Institute in New York City in 2011. She is a licensed massage therapist in New York and Hawaii, a long standing member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and continues to take post-graduate continuing education courses to further her knowledge and expand her skill set.

She is proficient in Swedish Massage, as well as deep tissue, and blends aspects of sports, trigger point, energy, and myofascial techniques with an emphasis on breathing to use massage as a tool to further aid in the body’s ability to heal itself. Alison has treated pre and post New York Marathon runners and is learning body movement with Pilates.
